Here you will find the report of the “Legal Aid Center – Voice in Bulgaria” Foundation for 2025—a dynamic, challenging year marked by bold strides forward and a response to the challenges arising from international and national changes. Our team reaffirmed its role, at the national level, as a key advocate for the right to access safe territory and legal aid for people on the move, with a particular focus on unlawful detentions and combating violence against children on the move, minors, and unaccompanied minors.
We continue our work toward a more effective, fair, and just legal framework for access to asylum and protection for refugees and migrants within the country. At the same time, our role as a sought-after and reliable partner in international networks working to protect people on the move has grown, and the Foundation is gaining increasingly solid international recognition for the advocacy and advocacy expertise it has built.

Center for Legal Aid – “Voice in Bulgaria” is a non-profit legal entity registered as a public benefit organization, established to support and protect the rights of migrants and refugees in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the rights of similar groups in need, by providing pro bono legal aid and consultations, handling individual cases, organizing training sessions and seminars, and advocating for a balanced and fair legal framework and its implementation within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The organization’s mission is to provide high-quality legal aid to vulnerable individuals, asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants, ensuring their access to justice, empowering them, and facilitating their integration into society. CLA believes that access to legal aid is not merely a legal issue, but an essential element of social justice, poverty reduction, and democratic governance.
Фондация „Център за правна помощ – Глас в България” (ЦПП) е юридическо лице с нестопанска цел, регистрирано в обществено полезна дейност, основано за да подпомага и защитава правата на мигранти и бежанци на територията на Р. България, както и правата на сходни групи от нуждаещи се, чрез предоставяне на безвъзмездна юридическа помощ и консултации, водене на индивидуални дела, осигуряване на обучения и семинари и лобиране за балансирана и справедлива правна рамка и приложението й на територията на Р. България.Целта на организацията е да се предостави висококачествена правна помощ на уязвими лица, търсещи убежище, бежанци и мигранти, която да гарантира техния достъп до правосъдие, да ги овластява и да улеснява тяхното включване в обществото. ЦПП вярва, че достъпът до правна помощ не е просто юридически въпрос, а съществен елемент от социалната справедливост, намаляването на бедността и демократичното управление.
