I. RULES OF USE<\/p>\n

Art. 1. The Legal Aid Center Foundation – Voice Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation, is the owner and operator of the website https:\/\/centerforlegalaid.com\/.<\/p>\n

Art. 2.The Foundation Legal Aid Centre – Voice Bulgaria is a non-profit legal entity registered in public benefit activities, founded to support and protect the rights of migrants and refugees on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the rights of similar groups in need by providing free legal assistance and advice, conducting individual court cases and is registered under the Law on the Bulstat Register 175641035, with its registered office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Art. 3. The website https:\/\/centerforlegalaid.com\/ and the information and services offered through it shall function under the rules described below. IV. QUESTION AND ANSWER PLATFORM<\/p>\n

Art. 9. (1) The Foundation provides visitors to https:\/\/centerforlegalaid.com\/ with access to a Q&A platform.<\/p>\n

(2) In order to submit a question, the visitor should fill in the registration form by entering first name, last name and email, telephone number then describe their question or contact the contacts indicated.<\/p>\n

Art. 10. (1) The answers are principled and are provided insofar as the matter is explicitly regulated by the legislation, and are intended only to provide preliminary indicative information to the users of https:\/\/centerforlegalaid.com\/.<\/p>\n

(2) Under no circumstances shall the Foundation be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, incidental, consequential or common damages, or for any claims or losses and lost profits arising from information on the Q&A Platform.<\/p>\n

V.LIABILITY<\/p>\n

Art. 11. The Foundation undertakes, in good faith and in a timely manner, according to its publication plan and schedule, to provide general information to the Visitor that is intended to inform and demonstrate the legal framework in a general and abstract manner. \nOwn the materials and information in\/with them or have unrestricted rights to provide them – the Foundation may publish them free of charge and\/or use them or the ideas disclosed in them in its products and services without financial or any other liability.
\nVI. PRIVACY<\/p>\n

Art. 15. The Foundation shall follow the rules of this document and the principles for the storage of personal data under the applicable law and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Foundation, always working within the law, reserves the right to modify the rules of protection of personal data after notifying the Visitor of https:\/\/centerforlegalaid.com\/ through these terms of use.<\/p>\n

Art. 16. The Foundation collects personal data only in connection with its activities, strictly in accordance with the applicable law and with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

X.INFORMING THE VISITOR<\/p>\n

Art. 17. The information provided on https:\/\/centerforlegalaid.com\/ is general and abstract. Its topicality is monitored by the Foundation’s team, but omissions are possible with regard to partial or even complete changes in the legislative regime. In the event of a discrepancy between the information provided on the website and the legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria or the European Union, the Visitor has the opportunity to contact the Foundation’s team and point out the discrepancy. Art. 19.
