That is why our team found it necessary to review the judicial and administrative practice in the field of refugee and migration law in Bulgaria in 2024.

This analysis presents an overview and highlights of the judicial and administrative practice in the field of refugee and migration law in Bulgaria for 2024. The analysis takes into account cases led by CLA-Voice in Bulgaria and court decisions published in information systems, without claiming to be exhaustive. The analysis is based on 2 main laws – the Asylum and Refugees Act and the Aliens in Bulgaria Act. Bulgaria.
